2020 is the outlier year, not 2021.
2021 is in line with 2019 for Israel and all the years before that. Look at America too. Cardiac events took a dip in 2020

What is interesting about that data is that January has 20 to 30% more deaths than February, and that’s every year. Wonder what they are doing in January.

What was more interesting, and it makes sense, we saw a huge decrease in cardiac events in the first part of 2020, then by the end of the year, heart disease deaths were up
