I don't personally feel discriminated against. All my black clients keep putting money in my pocket. I do feel that Leftism encourages Leftists to engage in racist Group Identity politics in which people are judged , rewarded and punished by external characteristics. That's the definition of racism.
I think there is BLATANT academic racism against Asians at our universities. That bothers me more than any other current example.

So you think all of these things are controlled by whites, simply for being white? Try this, pick a handful of these white industry leaders, state their name, and define how their skin color alone is why they are in the position they are in.
