I guess, by your rationale, that Norway is systematically racist. Or shite, for that matter, I’d say liberal strongholds like Vermont and Delaware must be the most racist states in the US. After all, they refuse to let Black people in their state. After all, those states are 96% white. Actually, most Northeast and Northwest liberal states are predominantly white. How is leveling the playing feel state sanctioned discrimination against whites? Historically, Minorities with the same qualifications wouldn't be allowed to be hired. Affirmative Action changed that......Are you advocating against that?

We do, we call that position QB. The NFL have literally changed the rules to protect white QB's. Cam can take the same hit and no call is made, but Brady they blowing whistles and tossing guys out of games!

Leveling the playing field? How is that leveling the playing field. Blacks are promoted against whites. And Asians are extremely discriminated against simply because their families value education. Simply look at the discrimination levels for college entrance. It’s is straight up racist discrimination against Asians and to a slightly lesser degree discriminatory against white people. When you purposely promote one group over another based on skin color that is the very definition of discrimination.
And ironically, the left set up a discriminatory system such as AA to help the black community who they have continued to keep down since the Democrat party was invented. If the left is so tolerant of blacks, then how come you have had a 95% voting block for blacks since the 60s, yet as a whole, the black community is worse off in Democrat districts than anywhere else in the country.
The left is racist, plain and simple. They guarantee handouts for votes, which in turn disencentivizes a strong work ethic which further guarantees poverty. Some black people have caught on and done well for themselves. He left calls these black people Uncle Toms.
