No. The actual entity (ole miss) responsible for obeying the rules is.
The analogy would be better (though, still imperfect) if all people with big yellow teeth had to pay the price. Even big, yellow teeth people at Alabama, LSU, etc. Because....well, they LOOK like the big yellow toothed dude that did wrong.
