Yet so many automatically believe the opposite. Ukraine propaganda bad, Russian propaganda..."What propaganda? Here's a link to Tass."
I think the important thing is to look at how often "our" media has gotten the message wrong. One has to wonder, why? If people aren't questioning what's going on, then they'll be at the mercy of propaganda all the time. Sometimes, they'll get it right, sometimes they'll get it wrong.
If you want to get to the heart of the matter, just approach it with, "Who has to gain by escalating the war"? That's really what showing bodies of women and children does. This isn't really about journalism. It's about stirring up animosity. If America bombs a family it quickly gets memory-holed.
I'm to the point that I just don't trust our MSM. That's not to say that I trust the Kremlin. It just means that my eyes are open to the truth that both sides play the people for their own ends. The only reason we're involved in this war is because so many of our politicians and corporate elite are tied up in Ukrainian interests.

You're an actual idiot.
In other news, Joe Biden has threatened India. Which means that Joe Biden is basically pitted his own country against Russia, China, and India.
What I quoted and responded to was the idea that Putin is turning the "whole world against him" and my reply to that is, "not really." The truth is that Putin has like 1/3 of the world on his side right now. Much like 1/3 of the world just went before the UN Security Council and called for an investigation into the Ukrainian biolabs, you fricking idiot.
You call me a "useful vote", but I see you as a useless mind.

You have to ask yourself, "I wonder how much of that is true with every news story. Just because our media are either propagandists or incompetents doesn't mean they aren't correct at times. It also doesn't make shitholes like Russia correct. The y are though the aggressors and deserve the least benefit of the doubt.

I've been preaching that the MSM are the enemy of the people for a while. They are bought and paid for by malignant people that seek to sow discord among the people for financial and political gain.
Real journalism doesn't occur at the national level. I don't know if it ever did, to be honest. At the national level you're getting an aggregation and dissemination of "stories" rewritten by a handful of people to maintain a message consistent with the financiers and advertisers.
If you want "boots on the ground" reporting, you are going to have to look outside of what our media is willing to do. Most of what we see is constructed similar to what you'd expect to see on a hollywood soundstage.

You can “see” me however you like as long as you continue to vote the way I tell you to.
