The longer they keep the spotlight on Obama and Hillary the more they're hurting themselves. Right now I just don't see someone who could do that. I could see pressure being put on Biden to run, though I just don't think he'd want to be, seeing himself merely as the party's prop to drive out Trump.

This is true....and it is one key reason why disapproval/approval polls may be less reflective of reelection chances than for past presidents.

You can dislike someone's conduct and still think they deserve another term based on how the COUNTRY performed in the first term.

We elect presidents to make our lives better, not to be nice guys.

Think of it this way: many of the most famous and successful FB coaches in history were notorious assholes. People in the athletic departments disliked them on personal levels, but they would gladly give them vote of confidence because the results are there.

The presidency is not a beauty pageant.

If in 2018, 2019, or early 2020, we go to war with korea and somehow unify the peninsula, trump would win reelection by a very substantial margin.

Granted, but assholes have no margin for error. Reagan survived scandals, economic downturns, and foreign policy bumbles because he was so darn likable. Trump is walking a tightrope.

That would be am extreme longshot. Every expert says even total victory would be ugly

A Harris/Booker ticket would have the Dems absolutely creaming themselves and then high-fiving each other with their jizz-soaked hands. Because it would be a strict numbers play that would immediately put 95% of an assuredly record-breaking black turnout in the Dems' pockets.

I would legit doubt Trump's chances to win reelection if that's the ticket. Dems are crazy enough to do it, I'm sure.

Booker admitted to sexual assault. He ain't running. Ever.

The New Jersey Senator recalls “I slowly reached for her breast. After having my hand pushed away once, I reached my ‘mark.'”

Moreover, not only did Booker grope a woman without any sort of affirmative consent – she was actually so intoxicated that night that she “didn’t really know what she was doing,” and therefore could not even provide consent in the first place.

The MSM/Dems are digging their own grave with the #metoo hysteria.

Anyone with a D will win easily.

Americans are fed up with tRump. Dems will gain back both houses in 2018 and after 2020 have a supermajority and the White House.

The Democrats will nominate Booker because they have no other platform but identity politics and socialism. They will pick someone out of their preferred identity groups/Favorite “victim” class to sell this Marxist crap they won’t stop pushing.

Booker is the most palatable member of the Democrats’preferred identity groups to people outside the identify groups. He’ll be nominated bc he can sell it. He is a likable guy. He is attractive. He’s charismatic. And he’s very bright. He will be nominated but won’t win.

Booker or whatever other milquetoast minority or woman that the Dens pick out will be no match for Trump’s economy or Trump’s persona. 1) because no incumbent is gonna be voted out with a good economy; 2) next to Trump most men look like pussies; 3) I can’t think of any Democrat female politicians that are likable; and 4)the Democrats have turned into Marxists with their economic policies - and nobody is gonna wanna return to Marxism.

Joe Kennedy III will be huge in the future, he might need a senate seat or a stint as mass. governor , but he’s an honest democratic . He could bet trump if he runs in 2020. He needs momentum tho to get his name out. There are some really honest, good democratic in the senate , no however are power hungry enough. Hopefully they are motiviated by fiasco that is the trump administration.

Any black person they run (and they will run one) has a legit shot since all the left cares about is race and the black vote would be massive again
