Nationality is much different than ethnicity, which is biological. Most of that occurred long before the Human Genome Project was even started.

Yes, the Mongols did have a minor presence in Eastern Europe, and many Slavs today have Mongol ancestry, but Europe and Asia are part of the same Eurasian landmass.

Whites, on the other hand, went overseas to colonize and exterminate people from well beyond their sphere of influence. You cannot still believe that you're going to be able to white wash history these days and get away with it. There is no way to sugar coat white Mississippians' resistance to Lyndon Johnson's Civil Rights Act of 1964, or what the southern whites did to the Five Civilized Tribes at the time of Andrew Jackson, for instance.

The day of reckoning is here, and you will either conform and mix out, or else your population will become so small and consanguineous that the effects of incest will deteriorate what little is left of the remaining white population. Also, whites are going to have to mix to survive the increasing UVA and UVB intensity from now on, since the ozone layer isn't going to replenish itself.

I agree that Iceland is the best example. The Scandinavian countries have also seen minimal military invasions, although there have been migrations since at least the neolithic from continental Europe that have shaped the culture there over the millennia.

Pretty much all of East Asia got conquered at one time or another. China, Japan, Korea, etc. were conquered and/or settled by the Mongoloid peoples who dispersed and/or killed the humans already there. Japan itself had an ancient aboriginal people living on the island known as the Ainu until the Korean mongols came and conquered them. (I am using "Mongol" in a taxonomic sense -- that's what anthropologists call them. I am not referring to the country of Mongolia). The Mongoloid people probably originated somewhere in ancient South Asia, moved north to Siberia and finally east into Asia proper where they wiped out the natives.

South Asia has seen numerous invasions even in historic times from the north (Aryans in 1500 BC and then the British in more recent times).

And the Middle-East, well, we all know the story there. That whole region has been one big battlefield since the Persians, if not prior.

And Central Asia has seen lots of invasions since the bronze age. Scythians, Mongols, Turks, etc. That region has been almost as contentious as the Middle East (though less so today).

Continental Europe was conquered by the Indo-Europeans in the bronze age. They pretty much slaughtered every man and took all the women (this is proven with DNA). They eventually made it to Greece (Hellenes and Dorians) and merged with the people already there (Minoans and Ionians). This merger of cultures between the militaristic and nomadic Indo-Europeans and the more sedentary and refined Minoan/Ionian cultures gave us western civ as we know it.
