you actually tried to float the Jr meeting as a real thing.

Seriously. You have to be a total imbecile at this point.

But Don Jr. met personally with a former FSB attorney, so it's certainly not all Mueller has in the way of angles to investigate.

The Dems/FBI/DOJ all knew about that meeting because it was set up by GPS Fusion (with money supplied by Clinton/DNC/Obama) in a transparent attempt to frame Trump. It didn't work.

the one who was given special permission to stay in the US by Lynch, then met with Fusion GPS the day before and the day after the Jr meeting?

This was sheepdipping of the highest order.

all it would do is prove that he was TRYING to do what the Hillary campaign and DNC actually DID.
this is the hilarious part. Donald Trump Jr meets some Russian lawyer under false pretenses on the lawyers part, ostensibly to see some kind of opposition research on hrc, smokes out it's BS and then leaves, and that's Russian collision. Hrc actually pays a foreign agent Steele to pass around money in Moscow for gossip, then gives that info to the fbi, who then used that unverified info to start surveillance on hrcs opponent campaign. Oh and by the way the Jr meeting was arranged by the same people that produced the dossier. Nothing to see there. The mental gymnastics you have to perform to think that are astounding

No, Mueller can potentially further investigate Trump's alleged money-laundering schemes whereby he took Russian Oligarch money when he was down in his luck and couldn't get a loan from a credible bank years before, but the best thing for the country is probably shut it down and move on. Try for some normalcy for a change.

Hey a want, now that you are back to posting....what are you thoughts on the tax law? You indicated in the past that you were/are moderate on economic policies.

The dossier is minor stuff in what Mueller has amassed.

It doesn't matter what Mueller has amassed if the Dossier was the point of entry for the investigation. In other words, Mueller's investigation is pretty much null and void.

However unseemly some of this might seem, it sure ain't illegal
and you are laughably wrong on this matter. lying to a judge is absolutely illegal. doing so to undermine the presidential election is flat out treason.

Not really. There are empirical facts and then there is circumstantial evidence. I agree that the circumstantial evidence is tainted, but fact-based evidence is still credible. And for the record, I don't think DT colluded. I just want to distinguish fact from fiction.

Doesn’t mean shite if is inadmissible in court. The minimum result of this is that the entire Trump investigation is tainted and ultimately worthless. The larger issue is every other FBI investigation that now will be called into question as a result of this corruption.
It’s like getting caught lying to your wife, suddenly everything that you told her from the moment you met up until that lie is now questionable.

What do you mean where is it coming from?

The campaign was in such a state that they let Jr. go to a meeting on the premise that it was to get dirt from Russians, which was bad.

The truth, that it was to roll back Magnitsky, is arguably worse.

He physically met with a known anti-Magnitsky proponent with ties to Russian intelligence

and as you have been repeatedly reminded, as soon as they discovered what the meeting actually was, they left. nothing happened. nothing came of it and meuller gave up on that months ago so i'm having trouble understanding why you're dragging this one out of the dustbin of history
