Not necessarily. (This assumes we take everything Drudge says as true). If they are dead set on asserting their Fifth Amendment right, then this may be the only way Mueller can force them to actually give testimony.
Your Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination is removed once you are given immunity

It’s been reported that the Podesta Group is company B in the indictment so it’s possible. Vin Weber would be another possibility.

Why is the Podesta Group allowed to all just plead the fifth and Manafort is in jail for the same things? It seems honest Bob is offering them immunity because he knows they are going to plead the fifth. They all lobbied the hell out of Russia and Ukraine. And why are the democrat lawyers allowing their names thus far to stay out of the press?
Also it appears as if the dem lawyers warned off Podesta's to go retro actively file as foreign agents. Were non democrats given the same warning? Or they wanted to tie Manafort to Trump?

Yep.
Manafort is already in jail. They don't need anyone to "flip" on him.
If Podesta (Tony or John, likely Tony) got immunity then it is much more likely that they will be testifying about someone else.
