You can't. Washington DC and the suburbs vote 90% Democrat. And it's the radical left version of Democrat, not the moderate southern populist version. You will NEVER get a local grand jury to return a political indictment against a Democrat or liberal bureaucrat in those places, even if you have video evidence.
That's the ENTIRE POINT of lawfare. The venues (legal jurisdiction) are heavily rigged in favor of one side on a vertically integrated scale. Democrats are bulletproof and Republicans are toast.
And these people are stupid enough to ever set foot in, let alone conduct business, in places like southern Wyoming or eastern Oklahoma.

The DOJ should do this without a peep from Trump.

The term weaponization is not correct for implementing proper legal justice to those who have used government power to infringe other people constitutional rights.
