2028 may offer some course correction but the lurch to the left will be hard to come back from.

No, it's been trending this way for years.
We're going to have to go through some major pain to course correct. Hopefully before it's too late.

bullshite, it was trending the other way in 2024 and then they decided to increase government spending, start foreign wars, protect pedos and so forth.
As usual it's the neocons and the shitty policies people like you support that leads to democrats winning.
Every fricking time.

If that is the case, burn it all down. Anybody weak enough to ever give dems power is unreliable and will vote to destroy the country sooner or later.
I like this, I want to see the people who voted in the democrats eat shite and I want to see the backpedaling by the wishy washy when they see what the democrats plan to do.

We started the true downward spiral some time ago. Around 2008.

People like you are the reason democrats won.
Nobody likes you.

South Texas Dems won 62-38 - It's illegals and immigrants that R's foolishly thought Latino's would vote conservative. Once Trump is removed the illegal population that's about to come into this country will be unprecedented. Texas and any other border state is toast.

Yep. Trump took his eye off the more important issues to go do Israel's bidding. He fricked up.

There's no coming back.
2016 was a major frickup for them. It simply won't be allowed to happen again under any circumstances.

I've said for years that Trump only slowed down the inevitable. We'll go socialist and go the route Europe has gone. The only difference is if we can somehow come out the other side.
Really glad tonight that I don't have kids. I'm 43 and would be much more concerned about tonight's results if I had kids, as their future would not look great.
But this was inevitable. Trump only slowed it down.
