He is going to get a lot more votes from CA in 2020, however he will not get majority to carry the state. Just like in every state, Trump has massive support from the suburbs and rural parts but the urban cities like Los Angeles, Sacramento, and San Fran are too much to overcome. However he knows there has been a mass exodus from CA to the surrounding states so its a great move to keep UT and NM, while also trying to flip NV, AZ, and CO to red... primarily from the Latino vote.

If they will just vote, helps Trump win popularity vote, many Cal R's stay home and don't vote, feel as if it is a waste of time. Hopefully they show up!

Newport Beach is one of the only places in southern CA pro trump hard core. Rest of the state is crazy, no chance unfortunately

There are a least a few million illegal votes from people from Argentina to Kazakistan coming out of California
