It's amazing how the left can just ignore Court rulings and the federal laws of there choice.

But if the DOJ says it won't back up the law or the decision, the complainant has effectively no recourse and seeking remedy becomes a fools errand. Sure you can sue in state court, go through the state docket and appeals, emerge to the federal level , get a favorable decision from the supremes and if the DOJ says it will not enforce....what's the point.
SCOTUS just becomes a debating society and the Admin in power with the acquiescence of the legislature decides what is the law in effect. Wheras you could make the argument that it may be good that this happens because you don't like legislating from the bench, then the Admin in power HAS to then afford the same to those decisions that they do in fact like but the other side sees as egregious.
Why have a federal court system at all? Why have a bill of rights? I don't like Obergefell, it's not popular in Louisiana.....can't the DOJ grant us an exception to allow for the prohibition on same sex marriages?

This is impeachable. Openly stating you’re against one of the 3 branches of government.
This is how you get a constitutional crisis. We have one.
Let’s see if the media screams about the end of democracy.

Decatur, no this is uncommon to say they will not back up a SCOTUS opinion. True they can say they disagree, but to pull the nullification b.s. is beyond the pall.

They're going to face oversight hearings in the next Congres and Garland could be pressed on whether or not he will enforce the ruling if necessary.
He will lie like he always does.

They already have enough to impeach and remove him from office if so inclined. He has failed to faithfully execute his oath of office on so many fronts.

Relax they’re not doing that.

I agree and they should. But will they?

Saying they disagree with SCOTUS's ruling and will ignore it.
