That is a serious question.
Last night I heard Joe DeGenova (SP?) say that on television. Now Bill Bennett just said the same thing. Neither one seemed to be saying it in jest.
Does anyone know the scoop?

she's obviously mouse-y with a touch of victim-y which leads me to believe her nitwit lib "beach friends" put her up to this. then she was emboldened by the opportunistic dems.
it was a joke for her to be there. she was totally exposed as having trouble answering straightforward questions and not being able to remember much of anything that happened even a couple of weeks ago.
kav seems infinitely more believable than her. she made it impossible for me to invest in her testimony because there was nothing to hang on to. it was 2 hours of emotion and zero facts.

EKG may be able to opine as well, but I have found that many highly educated are dependent on chaos, which is a mental instability.
They have to have something going on. They invoke conflict when there is no need for it. A colleague of mine recently feigned outrage over something that another colleague said months ago. This colleague has had some family issues, but lately they have cleared up. She needs something else.
In white trash circles, this is the people that are addicted to drama. Its not necessarily drama in Ph.D. circles, but opportunities to show how smart they are. Women more so than men. It is not uncommon to hear that a Ph.D. tenured professor, with a $100k+ income, to be having money problems. Simple money problems. This goes to the core that highly intelligent people need chaos to thrive.
