Can you rank whom is responsible for the norks having nukes and our current nork situation?
Blowjob bill. The Bush bros. Odumbo the clown. And the orange menace.
Let's see if you can be honest with yourself and with us.

one GOP commentator said that Trump didn't use the word "red line" and the CNN commentator is like "obviously he didn't use the term 'red line" and i'm over here like, "Obama literally used the term 'red line"

I think he put down a red line, but I also think it's hilarious people are cool with a crazy nut job constantly threatening us with nuclear capabilities. I get it was funny when they didn't actually have nukes, but somehow it's less funny when they do.

yes
especially since Trump hasn't even been given a chance to make the comparison they're trying to make (Obama's red line fiasco in Syria is OK because Trump did the same thing with NK).
the primary question is, if they're not trying to compare Trump to Obama, why even use the term associated with Obama?
then, the follow up: since they're trying to hard to compare Trump to Obama in dissimilar situations, what is the purpose?

Trump said Obama was an idiot for drawing the red line in the first place. Now he's done essentially the same thing.

what they really fear is Trump having a "Cuban Missile Crisis" moment where he pulls off the biggest diplomatic victory since WWII
Under no situation can they allow Trump to have a diplomatic victory.
The progressives would take absolute destruction of SK over Trump being victorious, IMO.

Wrong
quote:
"I'm not somebody who will stand by and let him get away with what he's tried to do, and he did it a number of times," said Trump.
"When Obama drew that red line in the sand, he should have crossed that red line because some horrible acts against humanity took place including gas, and the killing through gasses," said Trump of Obama's 2013 "red line," where the former president responded to reports that Assad had used chemical weapons by saying he would meet further chemical weapons use with force.
Trump didn't say the "red line" was stupid. he said Obama not following up on it was stupid
at least you're honest that this is just a liberal-media talking point and it has no real substance
however, even if i say "ok the media is being honest", they literally haven't even given Trump a chance to respond to his "red line", so the criticisms are premature. again, why are they jumping the gun? will you even admit the media outlets who are being premature are being completely partisan? can you admit that little?

they're trying SO HARD to make this look like Obama's actual "red line"
Saying that if you threaten us again we're going to unleash power never seen in this world is, by definition, a red line.

i think the sanctions fricked them up with a major follow up blow being SK's 180

or just a regular old threat
why use the term so associated with Obama and Obama alone? why is it so important for the media to use it?
even a want admitted there is partisanship involved

Because turnabout is fair play. That y'all bashed Obama yet give Trump a pass is classic right wing hypocrisy at its finest and needs to be highlighted.
hell giving him a pass is too nice, many are outright cheering a dangerous and irresponsible course of action

even assuming "red line" is appropriate, Trump hasn't even been given a chance to pull an Obama

Unless we nuke them over the Guam comments then he already has

US gets China to exert force on NK to end its nuclear/missile programs. that's the dream scenario
That's a pipe dream bro, if it was viable it would have already happened.

And all this is without even getting into how incredibly stupid it is to make comments like that towards a regime that is isolated, paranoid, and scared
