This would essentially make the Senate majority Dem given the number of establishment cucks like McCain who will go against Trump due to their personal feelings and against the wishes of their constituents.

It depends. This will delay Trumps agenda for 2 years; however, it could greatly help the republicans in 2018.
The dems and GOPe might have shot themselves in the foot on this one. The people FOR Trumps agenda will become very aggravated if his agenda keeps getting down voted. This will make them come out in droves for 2018.
