I always worried we would be attacked by some foreign country who would try to invade us and take over. I had visions of Red Dawn...with planes flyign in and soldiers hopping out and holding everybody at gunpoint....putting us in camps, and changing our culture all at once. Figured we would win..but figured there would be an attempt. Now I look around, and I hate to say it, but it feels like we are slowly and quietly being invaded, not with guns, but with rhetoric. There are attempts, certainly, to change our culture. The latest attack on Catholic Schools and Catholicism is telling. Hope certain segments of the population get their heads out of their asses...

The catholic church brought this on themsleves and this new pope is the worst possible thing for the church.

An assault on western judeo Christian values is a valid conversation to have. Those values are inherently good and spurred the success we enjoy today.

An assault on the Catholic Church itself is more than justified. They are still protecting pedophiles, priests are commentating on politics in the news, the pope is giving his personal opinions on American policy, etc...

Literally every one of these things goes against the teachings of Jesus.

The Catholic Church today isn't much different at all than the corrupt and fallen Jewish church of Jesus's time. Corrupt men slaves to power and perverting the teachings of the lord for their own purposes. If Jesus came back today I have no doubt he'd treat catholic bishops and the pope the same way he treated the Pharosees in the Bible.
