Yes he is wrong. A large portion of doctors have not gotten the vaccine.

To clarify:
I could be wrong, but I took his post to be more of a comment on tribalism and blindly following, along the lines of “Ignorance can be fixed. Stupid is forever.”
His examples gave me the impression of people who simply signed on for what they were told by their chiefs.
I didn’t get the impression he was saying that not getting the vaccine is dumb as much as he was saying that making that decision because someone told you to is dumb.
