These folks are going to do the job Canadians don’t want to do like software coding and owning small business through government loans

India offers Canada 60 million migrants
Once you think the lefty Democrat mindset couldn't get more evil and scummy, they come around contemplating this.

Isn't the Canadian housing market even more stressed than in the U.S.?

Much worse. There are a lot of skilled immigrants with jobs who cannot find a decent family home even with the high prices. They just aren't building houses. And Indians are really not in the home construction business.

We will be needing a northern boarder wall within the next 50 years

It’s pretty entertaining reading comments in the India times, and that’s their upper echelon. I can only imagine the desperation lurking in the comments sections where they don’t speak English.

What does India get from that deal?
Oh right. Indian remittances make Mexicans look like the minor leagues. $125B in 2023.

That wonderful transcontinental train route they have is going to be so much better with a couple thousand people riding on top of it!

Eh it’s not inhabitable but it is miserable and not much reason to live there
A bunch of Indians damn sure ain’t about to live out there in the wilderness

Not really, just difficult.
If they can survive there, bonus. If they can’t, bears and wolves gotta eat too.

Have the U.S. Army moved to the border. Trespassers shot on site.
Canada would be committing suicide to let 5 million in much less 60 million. We could just go ahead and put them out of their misery and tell India to frick off.

I've got friends in and from Toronto in their 60's. They don't even recognize their home city anymore from the demographic shift and the rise in crime. It's sad how much their politicians must hate their own people to do this to them.

You can bet if the dems every get back in power, China will try to make the same deal with the USA. Only 100 million voting age.
