Before I answer this, is the "Far Left" total authoritarian control by the State?

Most ppl here who claim they’re conservative get mad at tweets or ppl doing what they want in their individual lives. That isn’t conservatism.

Are you asking what the modern world would consider to be far right, or what actually is far right?

My actual definition is skepticism or outright rejection of the enlightenment

Neither of those positions is far right.

He asked for an interpretation of the far right.

That to me is far right.

Trump is not Far right.

CNN calls everything Far right.

That's not true, so I won't pretend that anyone to the right of Trump is Far right.

It must really suck that you virtue-signaling left-wing wokesters are FINALLY losing the culture war. Never thought I'd live to see this day, but it's here now.

Take heart, though. This war is far from over. I'm just saying that you lefties are reeling right now. Advocating in favor of 1) allowing biologically-born men in women's sports, and 2) the mutilation of children even against the wishes of their parents have been two of your biggest blunders.

The extreme left is North Korea. When are they going to meet the extreme right?

Well the last time I checked, the Nazi's were extreme right, according to the left. I think you can see the outcomes are similar.

The extreme left is total authoritarian control by the State whether its Communism, Socialism, or Fascism, the State dictates to the citizens what they allow.

The extreme right would be by definition Anarchy (not chaos), or no government control

Yup, assuming your country was communist from your birth.

It's not the CNN definition but it's at least systematic.

People don't need to agree with me, but the OP asked for how I define it.

...

You didn't read much into what I wrote?

I define the far right as specifically those things.

Which means that the people CNN calls "Far right" Are not "Far right" But are instead somewhere between centrist and Right wing, but NOT far right.

I don't think there are more than a few tens of thousands of actual Far right people in America.

In plain English, 50% of the country can't be Far right.
The term has no meaning then.

Then why does everyone call people on the right nazi's???? I understand the literal definition, but in practice there will always be someone in control.

Anyone who believes in traditional America and liberty, and wants a nation built on merit, hard work, Christian values, nuclear family. We want a nation for anyone of any background as long as we share the ideas of liberty, morals, and hard work. We do not want welfare leeches, terrorists, or criminals.

"far right" is just another attempt by the left to try to get us to distance ourselves from our principles to try to avoid their label.

If I am "far right" then sobeit. I'll take the name to go along with all the other names I've been called.

None of them have ever hurt me.

Just DON'T call me "woke". THAT would hurt.

Because people are dumb

Government will always try to grow government. It's the very nature of it.

If you granted a government 1 power, they will use that 1 power to accumulate another.

They will use those 2 to get a third one.

And with every subsequent power gained, it gets easier to accumulate more power.

The Nazis were left wing. Not only is socialist in their name, all of their companies were privately run but were under the control of the govt. It's what China is doing now.

No worries!

It shows though the efforts that the left has made to define a centrist as Pro-Trans, Pro-DEI etc...

Those have never been centrist opinions, they are far left opinions held by 20% of the population or less.

They want to isolate people, to declare people like Bari Weiss and Bill Maher as moderate right.

Bill and Bari have always been left wing. but Center Left.

You and I are probably center right as far as this nation goes, and Trump is also Center right.

Believing every single thing is a far reaching conspiracy with Israel at the center. Isreal and the Globalist Cabal, led by Soros - even though those two “entities” apparently hate each other. They conspire together on everything as well…..everything.

It's a false definition. Left and right is simply the spectrum of govt control vs. individual freedom. The left is North Korea. The most right in US history was westward expansion of the pioneers. There was no govt.

I suppose we differ some if we look at this on a sliding scale but thats no biggie.

Again, on the sliding scale, do they have be card carrying Klans men or do people living on a compound count?

It would seem to me that due to lack of damage inflicted on society those numbers would be low.

Hating everyone who is not a white, straight Christian male.

Xenophobia.

Faux pious Christianity.

Faux bravado.

Romanticism of a past glory time that did not actually exist.
