The President of United States, supposedly the most powerful man on earth can not get his own government to give him .001% of our annual 4 trillion dollar spending to provide border security and protect. This has been his primary message for 3 years running!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The primary role of the Federal government is to security and protect the nation...to maintain sovereignty.
In this context, we're in big big trouble.
I sincerely Hope Nancy Pelosi is enjoying her Hawaiian vacation while she smirks about the probability of 2019 making our current President completely ineffective.

Absolutely. Big trouble. Look for the democrats to move to impeach Donald Trump. Right now I see a 50/50 chance they will be successful in removing him. The Deep State has put out a "contract" on the President. When they remove him.....they'll come after us. First thing on the agenda for the democrats......confiscate those guns.

True story, the nicest guy I know was just picked up by ICE an sent to Atlanta where he is waiting on a judge to give him his verdict.
We do know he is going back to Mexico. We're hoping the judge will give him some time to get his affairs in order before sending him back.
He is married to a American, he's daughter is going to UNC chapel Hill, owns a home, had a steady job.
He's been here 20 years, I had no idea he was illegal.
He is highly skilled in carpentry, a good dad, husband and employee. Just a super humble person who never asks for anything from someelse but would do anything for you if you asked
All that said, not every illegal is a bad person, we know this...in fact you might could say most are are genuine people who just want to work and provide a better life.
I found recently he tried to get his green card about 15 years ago, he got frustrated with the process and gave up and just kept working. I guess he just ignored what he should have done a long time ago, a huge mistake for sure
6 weeks ago, he was stopped for a broken taillight, and guess what? He didn't have a valid drivers' license because he's an illegal. so they took him immediately and sent him from Raleigh to Atlanta
Speaks good English, again a great skilled worker and man.
People like him, I want to get citizenship.
In construction we're hurting badly for talent, it's national crisis.
That said, I want a wall.
I want to see something done with the process relative to people entering and it being easier for people to understand what steps they need to do and so on...and it shouldn't take 5 -10 years to become a citizen.
I guess we have too many people who want to come here.
I know we take in 1 million new immigrants every year legally...
we could take more if we stopped the illegal entry.

but I've been unhappy with most of the GOP for years...
so I understand it's not just the Democrats apposing Trump
So yeah, in that context it's much worse and it means we're in big trouble are we not?

Wouldn’t it be great if people stopped thinking they have to be a republican or Democrat or that one side is evil and one side is good? Maybe voted for a third party or independent or stopped voting for incumbents. Maybe.

I get my drugs from Colorado, Oregon and California. We should put walls around those states too.
