IG just said he would NOT have entered the original FISA warrant.
Because the IG was never desperate enough to get a FISA warrant to cover for the spying that was taking place before July 31, 2016 when the FISA was approved. The FBI had good motivation to get a FISA warrant. From my understanding this was their third attempt on Carter Page and FISA warrants are rarely declined. The FBI was not only desperate to reverse engineer a crime on Trump campaign associates they were desperate to reverse engineer a crime to cover their malfeasance.

I know I'm not supposed to say this here: but Miss Lindsey is doing a great job of getting Horowitz to answer questions. And he's being quite forthcoming.

I'll be pissed if that happens tomorrow.

"Illegal surveillance"
Oh...
Oh...

FBI fricked Trump on his counter-intel briefing.
I love the way LG is doing this. Especially, the way he keeps looking at the dems when he speaks.

I’m still not understanding the no finding of bias angle. There was clear bias.
The criminal investigation will show it.

Miss Lindsey is setting up Carter Page for having one helluva lawsuit against the FBI for illegally surveilling him (illegal because they hid/ignored evidence that cleared him of the predication for the legal aspect of the surveillance).

Yeah Graham did a great job of questioning and getting Horowitz to answer these questions. Dems and FBI exposed.

Who says that the opening of the investigation wasn't legitimate. They set Pap up but based on what he said there was a legitimate reason to start the investigation. There was no legitimate reason to continue it.

"Is that spying?"
"It is...unlawful surveillance."
He's been instructed to avoid the word spying.
No no it wasnt spying. It was intelligence gathering through non-mainstream techniques.

That is an incredibly important distinction that none in the usual media suspects have not mentioned.
I'm sure that missing information is just a coincidence. :jerkoff.gif:

So the predicate is the GP's meeting with Mifsud.
The same Mifsud that stage a set up for the FBI.
Wow.

All Feinstein is doing is reading the report back to Horowitz.

I think he’s just being very careful with his words so as to not find himself in a bad position later.

Graham needs to push the Comey stuff...
Could you have gotten more information from Comey if he accepted his security clearance for purposes of your investigation?
He refused, correct?
Did you ask him why?
Did he tell you why?
Wouldn't it have been helpful?
Etc., etc.

LG did a great job.
This. As someone mentioned earlier, Horowitz was very forthcoming in his answers. No mealy mouth equivocations, just straight answers. I feel these people involved with this travesty will be paying the price.
