depends on WHICH 60,000.

Considering millions voted for HRC, I'd say that's not nearly enough if we can be more selective with who makes the list

They've also revised the date for relaxing social distancing measures from May 30th to May 18th. This is new:

After May 18, 2020, relaxing social distancing may be possible with containment strategies that include testing, contact tracing, isolation, and limiting gathering size.

It is, I just wonder how stringent the mass testing and contact tracing they recommend is. Obviously gonna be a while on some of that stuff.

Yeah, and I’m nervous about the amount of false positives that these test will render.

But, it is the path. Contact tracing and rapid testing

May 25 for Tennessee. Projected death total for Tennessee dropped from 612 last projection to 231 now. That’s a big drop.

Did you read their explanation.... Can't make this stuff up.

quote:

This refers to the timeframe when it may be possible to relax social distancing with containment strategies that include:

Testing

Contact tracing

Isolation

Limiting gathering size

The beginning of this timeframe is determined by our estimate of when COVID-19 infections drop below 1 per 1 million people in a given location, and is also influenced by each location's available public health funding to implement new containment strategies.

We aren't going to go back to normal when cases are less than 1 per million.... My goodness
