Did he order that they kill 30K+ of their own people. I wonder if any kids were in that group?

Every loss of life hurts, but that would be quite a number. About 1,000 Americans have been killed in attacks attributed to Iran or Iran-backed groups since the 1979 Iranian Revolution
Iran is not done yet, but siege warfare is undefeated when you can accomplish it.
I guess I'll have to imagine it, since it isn't happening at the moment.
Also, in what sense are we waging "siege warfare" on Iran? We're engaging in economic warfare and isolation, maybe even kind of a blockade, but we haven't blocked their borders or even their sea routes as far as I know. We certainly haven't surrounded any of their cities with military forces, which is what an actual siege is.
And I think if you ask "is trade warfare undefeated when you can accomplish it," the answer is "no."

The Iran regime has not been toppled and will not be toppled. We need ground troops to take them out and that isn’t happening.

The regime is starved of all trade and they are at tge point if complete bankruptcy. A bankrupt government cannot pay its troops or its police or anything else.
Its very difficult to impose a dictatorship without muscle and weapons.

Public opinion means nothing in a dictatorship.

How many have our bombs killed? How many have the Mullahs killed in the last year?
We don’t agree politically very much. Well
We probably do, but that doesn’t get seen in here much. However, pretending the Iranian people are galvanized behind the Mullahs is astonishing to me.

Do you support the democrats when they are in power?
On some things. The analogy is very sophomoric, however. The democrats haven’t slaughtered thousands of my friends and relatives (except for unborn babies, of course). The fact you keep trying to compare Iran to the US shows an extreme amount of ignorance on your part.

They didn't like us before we bombed them.. They have been chanting "death fo America" for 40+ years. We gave them billions in cash in the middle of the night and that didn't help.. What is your solution?

Nah, man. Sure, we might have been wrong the other nine times we went to war in the middle east, but this time....this time we got it right. Patriots are in charge.
Tell me more about this “war.” Can you describe the most recent battle?

So when gas becomes 2.50 normal you are going to get electric right? You know, the thing Democrats crammed down our fricking throats for 3 years?

I really enjoy seeing all of these "experts" offer up their opinions on how the Iranian people "think and feel".
I actually work with a guy from Iran and see him every day. I ask him at least once a week, how his family is doing (most all are still in Iran). He says they have moved out of Tehran due to the unrest that started about a year ago, but he says all of his family and everyone that they know do not like the current leaders. Many of them miss the old days before the religious zealots took over.
So based upon someone I actually speak to who is from Iran and speaks to his family regularly has a bit more credibility.

Iran was a democratic nation in 1953 and then the US/UK installed a brutal dictator that gave their resources to western companies. That dictator killed/jailed his political opponents and what not to maintain control.
The people revolted in 1979 and attacked our embassy in response. They knew who had done those things.
In 1980, Iraq, our proxy ally starting attacking Iran with a full scale military war. You remember when they said Saddan had WMD? They were talking about the ones we gave him in the 80s which he then used against Iran and his own people at one time. That lasted 8 years.
They don't want money.
The solution is to leave them alone. We play the role as an aggressor to them from their point of view and they are never going to be nice as long as that is the case. Defend ourselves and in the meantime make it their government that is their enemy instead of us. The biggest issue is they don't have separation of church and state and they have to be the ones to change that. And as long as we play the "Great Satan" for them, it'll never happen.
Could Russia attacking us ever lead to you being pro Russia? But a Russia that leaves you alone and so forth - you at worst wouldn't give a shite about.
