The solution to this issue is not claiming that power for another branch of government.
There's protocol for removing judges from office. The process for this is available to any political party.

(3) People keep saying he's MS-13, but the relevant finding (that he was denied bond because a confidential informant said he was MS-13) was in a preliminary immigration hearing. The circumstances of his life do not seem like MS-13. He didn't have a chance to prove it.
(4) There was a court order not to remove him to El Salvador. That alone means this was an illegal action. If government can just flout the law, then there is really nothing to protect you or me from the same treatment.
(5) Our government admitted in court his deportation was a mistake.
(6) Our government is now playing some sly game like we can't just ask for him back (since we're paying for his detention), or at least ask for him to be released in El Salvador. I don't know that we can, but it seems about as clear as Hunter Biden not having business skills worth $10 Million to Burisma.
(7) Maybe Trump is trolling us, but he's now talking about sending US citizens to CECOT.
This is not a power you want anyone to have over you.
