I'm starting to really think they may indicte President Trump in the SDNY

Don't downvote me just yet because there have been a number of moving parts this week which cause me to think he might have already been indicted.
First, Judge Napolitano suggested that he might have already been indicted in the SDNY. Coulter and others are now suggesting that Trump won't finish out his first term.
Second, ALL of the MSM outlets are reporting story after story "suggesting" that Trump has already been secretly indicted.
Third, Trump calling Cohen a "RAT" today is not a term used by someone who is innocent. If I'm Cohen I would be shitting a brick because prisoners don't like Rats and he will be a target the second he enters prison.
Fourth, the GOP Senators who Trump had on a short leash (Graham, Rubio, McConnell, Kennedy, Jim Jordan, Paul Ryan, Jeff Flake, Corker, etc.) have all started really distancing themselves from Trump this week and have really started criticizing him. They wouldn't do this unless they smelled political opportunity in the water coming soon.
I can usually tell when there is a shift going on and right now it seems like there is something afoot. If I was Trump though I would kill the budget bill to solidify his base because if he signs that budget he will be committing suicide politically.
I strongly believe we are watching a Political Coup d'etat taking place right now because whatever the indictment is (if they actually have one) won't be related in anyway to Russia but rather pussy.

You can indict a "ham sandwich". That is the easy part, you still have to overcome tremendous obstacles to indict a sitting President and then actually criminally charge him and convict.
Won't happen.
Won't happen.

If Trump gets forced out of office, I will never participate in another election.
I’ll never vote for a Democrat so, I’ll just quit.
The libs can have it but, they have to own the consequences.

Mueller obviously had sinister reasons for turning some things over to SDNY. Who knows? There's absolutely no legitimate reason to indict Trump, but none of this has ever been about what is legitimate.

yes its true that traditionally we don't indict sitting president. That's federally. Traditionally.
state of new York will do the honors.
No obstacles to states.
State of Maryland indicted and tried sitting vp agnew. Found guilty. He left office to go to prison. He was Nixon vp.

Anyway, a sitting POTUS is not getting indicted over hush money payments.
It's not happening.

This would go all the way to SCOTUS if they do, as the procedure for criminally charging a president is impeachment.
Trying an end around of that will get struck down and they will put pressure on the Dems to impeach, which has little to no shot of conviction and certainly not agreement on any penalty of removal from office.

SDNY =\= State Of New York.
And Agnew’s charges were related to corruption while he held office in Maryland, IIRC. Most things thrown around with regards to Trump aren’t state level charges.

If Trump gets forced out of office, then America and its experiment with freedom and and the Republic is officially over and the decline into civil war and tyrrany will begin. Just like every other top empire throughout history.
And the lies of socialism, equality of outcome, and tribal identity politics will usher in a dark and brutal time in this country.
And the first people to be killed will be all the short sited idiots championing these causes.

There has to be a crime first.

Are you retarded?
He pleaded no contest to one charge of tax evasion and paid a $10k fine. No prison.

Wrong.
Agnew was investigated by the United States Attorney for corruption charges related to his service as county official. So that would be federal charges.
He resigned, plead not found guilty, paid a fine, probation and no jail.
State can indict a sitting president all they want, but cannot prosecute during term.
