Well first you have to realize that the Arabs in Israel proper are not afforded equal rights to other citizens. It's a tiered system.
Secondly they've been brutal occupiers of Palestinian land. Even their own people admit that. The way they've treated the Palestinian people makes the existence of groups like Hamas completely inevitable. You can't expect people to endure that much oppression and not have some consequence to it.
They are not a free society similar to western democracies. We would certainly not tolerate their behavior in this country.

I like the Israelis more than I like the Muslims.

No problem with that logic. I like Jewish people more than Muslims. I don't regard the government of Israel as anything worth admiring however. No problem with Jewish people in general.
