Ah, that's a bunch of nonsense. This can be fixed in one generation, and damn quick.
These kids need to become familiar with the sounds made by a leather belt being pulled quickly from the confines of several pant belt loops. There is a distinct sound made as the last few inches of belt clears each loop, thack-thack-thack, until the silence of the belt being folded in two, and the slicing of air! Grabbed by the upper arm and then spanking in the rear vicinity, just anywhere rear and below the waist. Continue until the snot flows from the nose. FIXED in a couple of applications depending on stubbornness. No talking, no discussion, no negotiations, that can happen after the no more snot is flowing.

These types of feral scum need to be purged. There is no redemption...they will only escalate.

The cycle of breeding for purpose of gaining government assistance can be broken.
Juveniles that that are not properly cared for, committing crimes, not in school and headed in the wrong path etc. could be removed from their present guardians and placed in the custody of the government. This is already being done but a much harder stance needs to be taken.
All government assistance to the guardians are then cut off and possibly criminal charges for their neglect and abuse.
The democrats and LBJ started this BS back in the 60`s and the monster they created seems to be growing stronger with no sign of improvement.
It`s way past time to put a stop to this.

I'm a big fan of the school to USMC pipeline.
Pull the kids out of those homes and put them into a Military academy, then at 16 off to boot camp.
They will thank us one day.

Michael Crichton’s Lost World was about genetically engineered dinosaurs but more importantly it was about what happens to a population that is raised absent any form of social structure or family to set rules & expectations. The young grow up feral and more violent.

I agree with you if it's an adult career criminal. These kids are acting tough, but they're not. At all.
They should bring back those programs where teen criminals are sent to prison for a day while the inmates harass them. I would love to see that for these kids.

Kids being raised by their mothers or worse their grandmothers who are a bunch of momma’s boys who have no male figure that are faking being tough and will likely grow up to be Homosexuals just like their Rap idols are.
