Almost guaranteed when this POS is caught that details start to trickle out about how many times the cops had been called on him because of violent/suspicious behavior, and that they knew about him, etc... etc...

This looks to be mostly white people shot by someone who was organized and prepared, not a sloppy gang shooting.

Slow weekend in Chicago it seems. Last year they had 109 with 9 dead. This year only 57 shot 5 dead. Rookie numbers
