California annouced the same policy a while back. They are gearing up to rig the mid-terms, not that it will make much difference in either state since they are dem locks.

Remind me again how people that have ID cards are considered “undocumented”. ICE should tell them that the can pick up all of their IDs in a hanger

For goodness sake, Rahm Emanuel has to get re-elected SOMEHOW, doesn't he? If he doesn't get re-elected, then he won't be able to keep Chicago as a "sanctuary city," and if Chicago doesn't remain a "sanctuary city," then B. Hussein won't ever be able to come home, not even for a visit to his old pastor!

The Illinois Election Code requires the Board of Elections to accept current, valid photo identification cards and other local governmental documentation that includes an individual’s name and address, as proof of identity and residency,” Valencia’s letter reads in part. “The CityKey fits both of these requirements.”
There's no way they are going to let that stand as allowing someone to register to vote.
Someone will find an illegal to go register with that card, and, if they let that person register, there will be an injunction lawsuit filed the next day.
