a. That's an assumption
B. If she didn't know at the time of the fraud, it presents issues for the fraud itself, and once she was a citizen her status hurts a criminal allegation of immigration fraud (as she's a citizen at that point and no longer subject to the laws of naturalization).
After looking the standards for the civil/administration denaturalization are broader than criminal, but I don't think naturalized citizens remain indefinitely subject to immigration restrictions because they originally entered the United States as noncitizens.

If a false birthday was used and if she did start using that birthday on federal paperwork wouldn't that show that she was aware in the original fraud and is a full participant of the fraud
