Why should she be afforded the rights of a American citizen if it's proven she committed fraud to become one? If she is a fraudulent citizen then deporting her immediately should not be a issue and no real American should have a issue with that.
This is a Rico case they have been building for the last few years, started with Biden, so any " this is a political plot by the Republicans" is already a known lie.

Unfortunately the constitution does not see it that way. It’d be a better country if we could just kick out these people.
It’s very counterintuitive. If you get found to commit immigration fraud, you then get afforded due process to denaturalize. There’s a 10 year statute of limitations.
It should be if you commit immigration fraud you are immediately no longer an American citizen and kicked out of the country.
