I'm that dude not embarrassed of what I post. I also used another source to discuss the issue. Now that we know this is a Rico case all her fraud accusations are now under the same umbrella.

Unfortunately the constitution does not see it that way. It’d be a better country if we could just kick out these people.
I have no problem with her fighting the charge from Somalia.

Why should she be afforded the rights of a American citizen if it's proven she committed fraud to become one?
All people in the US should get due process, but she is a citizen until denaturalized, anyway.

and no real American should have a issue with that.
No real Americans fear due process

I stayed within the " fraud" issue pertaining to Omar. With this being a Rico case I'm sure you understand that...or do you?

I love the draconian try hards that would melt at the first non constitutional act the opposing party tries against them. You are so tough

Still waiting for that evidence
There was a lot in the florida case, especially obstruction-related

Poster degradation doesn’t include me however.
Seems to be a lot of smoke about the legality of her citizenship. (Most centered around her birthday).
Every time she uses the allegedly fake birthday on forms SOL resets.
We are either a nation of laws or we are not.

If it's found that you committed fraud to achieve that citizenship why shouldn't it be stripped from you immediately. She can hire attorneys to handle her case while she is residing in another country

I would never include you in that

If it's proven she engaged in criminal acts she should be prosecuted

Is that case still active? Or did it fail to hold muster during that due process you were bragging about a few posts ago?

We are a nation of laws and this could be abused against people without the requisite fraud to denaturalize that person.

It was dismissed due to DOJ policy having nothing to do with the merits

The investigation into his purported criminal behavior.
A person can be guilty of obstruction without the investigated crime being proven

Totally agree AND if it's shown that you committed fraud then those laws should not be afforded to you because you never were a legal citizen
