how about start with your own tax cut? It didn't work. We are in deeper debt because of you.

I'd expose everyone on both sides.
If Trump loses 2020, I hope he burns everything to the ground in his farewell address.
I hope he says everything he shouldn't say, and goes full Samson in the temple.

I think it's the opposite if that. Look around in the real world and there isn't much going on

I would be honest and open up about the thoughts that have troubled me the last 15 years or so:
I fear our social and political schisms are too deep to be reconciled.
I fear that 9/11 was the death of America as we knew it, the death of idealism, the death of pragmatism. That it cemented nihilism, cynicism, conspiracy, and betrayal as the prominent emotional forces at play in society.
I fear the marriage between corporate media, Big Tech, and the global elite more than any terrorist group, more than any domestic or international political opposition, more than any disastrous policy. This marriage is responsible for the death of objective truth and for the hate and division that has poisoned our collective minds.
Then, one final thought that no one in government has addressed head-on: how fricking sick and demented is it that the pedophilia scandal in the RCC is still a thing? How have thousands of priests not been thrown in jail around the world? How has the Church not been bankrupted from lawsuits and withheld donations? How does anyone sit there and listen to that fricking Pope talk about the meek and the poor and not want to grab a pitchfork? Where is the War on Child Abusers? Where are the marshalled forces of law enforcement and social welfare to bust down the doors and throw people in jail until the evidence is uncovered? How much longer do we have to hear about this bishop or that bishop covering up something before we blow it all to hell?

The Catholic Church pedo scandal and the subsequent coverup/hushups are proof that the concept of "Pizzagate" is not out of the realm of possibility in the least little bit.

Solid post. You nailed it.
We all have much more in common than we have differences. Dialogue is dead.

I would avoid discussing actions I've taken that increase the debt, but instead would focus on plans to reduce it.

We do not have more debt because taxpayers were allowed to keep more of their money. We are more in debt because of entitlements. Absolutely no able bodied person should receive a single penny. frick THEM. Get a job or starve to death. I do not care.

Yeah, dreaming about people starving to death is not going to get you anywhere. As a civilized society, we've determined that this is unacceptable. We actually do care.
And please spare us your dreams of people burning to death.

Simply play the tapes from every one of the lefties who were for the wall just a couple of years ago. Show the pics of the billions of dollars of wall that congress has approved to build in other countries
Then march out some Angel Families and let them tell about the response they've received from the left.

Real easy. I want a wall to protect the Us both physically and financially.
Democrats were for a wall, in fact they were ok with an even longer wall but now for some reason they aren't.
Democrats are keeping their voters out of work for lawbreakers.
Democrats are for some reason worried about 5 billion while Obama ran up a 10 trillion deficit.
Democrats are worried about 5 billion while California spends more than that every year on illegal services.
Democrats are more worried about future votes than their own constituents.
Those are all indisputable facts. I would hammer it home. I would then start from the top and hammer it again.
I would list off every person killed or raped by an illegal in the last year.
I would point to San Diego and how CNN pulled a story because San Diego residents believe their wall works. I would point to the fact we already have a large portion of the border walled up.
I would hammer home Nancy Pelosi's vacation home and it's wall.
I would demand Nancy either sponsor a bill to tear down all existing walls or sign the new bill because money shouldn't be a problem after the Obama administration ran up a 10 trillion deficit.
Either sponsor a bill to tear down immoral walls, or approve the bill to help make the US safer and more fiscally robust.

Our government is shutdown. These elected representatives have driven us to the edge of a cliff.
The debt is so massive no one even wants to make an attempt at tackling it.
Gridlock has paralyzed Washington DC.
Our leaders are all about personalities instead of principle.
Social media spews hate, intolerance and negativity 24/7 inciting division.
Medicine never tastes good, and the truth is, we need a healthy dose of it. We need to stop elevating our politicians to rock star and celebrity status. They are in Washington to work for us, not the other way around. Instead of glorifying them, we need to hold them to account -- ALL OF THEM.
If they aren't in good faith actively trying to end the stalemate, they share responsibility for it. I'd love to think that they are doing just that, but we all know something happens to politicians when they get to Washington. They tend to care less and less about the people they represent and focus only what is politically expedient solely out of desire for self preservation -- they like their cushy, tax payer-funded lives and will do anything to keep it as is.

Not me, we. You know, as in society.
I understand you're another one that doesn't care about people starving to death, but in the final analysis, it's best for everyone if starvation is minimized. It often leads to revolution.
You see, there are practical concerns beyond just narrow-minded ideology.
