I wouldn't 100% rule it out. However, the opposition to Trump/MAGA/America First goes a lot deeper than the CIA. Every government agency has Gate Keepers who have been deeply entrenched for decades and the only way to root them out is to dismantle the Bureaucratic State and start over with untainted public servants.
