How fricking dumb can you be? Republicans hold more seats in the house and senate because of all the low population districts and states they control. Democrats represent more people. If you add up all the votes cast for sitting democratic congressman and senators and those cast for sitting republican congressman and senators, the democrats win that popular vote too. This is really simple math.
