If Trump had channeled his inner Nostradamus on January 1

A constant meme by the deplorable and despicable left wing media is there was ample warning of the coming pandemic by the latter part of 2019 and Trump was too slow to respond which has caused many preventable CV 19 infections and deaths. What if Trump had acted as these leftists sycophants insist he should have.
Based upon the predictions of a group of federal health scientists who warned of a coming pandemic from China He could have issued an executive order effective January 2, 2020 :
No events with crowds over 50 people are to be held: No national championship game, no NFL playoffs, no Super Bowl, college basketball season suspended, NBA and NHL seasons suspended,
Mardi Gras is cancelled.
No MLK events honoring Dr. King and Black History Month is not celebrated.
Colleges may not begin spring semester classes, all high school and lower grades cannot open,only essential business as determined by the federal government may operative.
The Defense Deployment Act is activated and Trump requires random businesses to suspend their usual production and make ventilators and face masks for the coming pandemic.
Effective January 1 all flights from foreign countries are suspended. Any Americans seeking to return to the United States must make arrangements by January 15.
Impeachment hearings against him could not be held a Congress could not convene.
The Supreme Court and all federal courts must suspend proceedings by January 15.
Multiple litigation would have been filed in anti Trump venues which demanded injunctions to stop this unprecedented power grab by a United States president
The left wing media would have gone into total meltdown. Trump would have been called :
A dictator.
An isolationist
A nationalist
A racist
A xenophobe
An obstructionist of justice
Even some of his strongest supporters would have turned on him.
Today the media would be excoriating him for over reacting to the pandemic which never occurred.
They would be lambasting him for the huge stockpile of unused ventilators and face masks., while praising Obama for having the fiscal responsibility to not over react and build up such an absurd amount of supplies.

Or he could have played the impact down until it got out of control ....that’s more reasonable i assume

The WHO lied and said the virus didn’t transmit between humans. Fouci didn’t take it seriously. Democrats were focused on impeachment.
Trump implemented China travel ban on Jan 31st. Dems called him xenophobic for doing so. No other world leaders were doing anything until Trump made this move.

Yep, but Trump still should have been prescient and acted because some obscure scientists sounded teh alarm way back then.

Had he done more earlier he would have been a dictator.
Had it been successful and all this not happened they would say he over reacted and panicked everyone and crashed the economy for nothing.

I’m sure that these were all the thoughts Countess Nancy was prayerfully pondering as she was handmaiden style waking the Impeachment Articles a few hundred yards from the House to the Senate as she was holding up all other pertinent national security legislation as Trump was writing a warning about the Corona Virus into the star of the Union.

Trump was the only one taking action and no one else even raised the issue including the Democrats. Instead of giving credit they create a non issue of taking action too late

Why don't you tell us what the reaction would have been if he had done what you say he should have done when you say he should have done it?

And this is the cold hard facts of life /\
Just think - if you really are prescient and call for extreme measures = like shutting down the entire US economy for 3 months = in order to prevent a pandemic = AND IT WORKS!!!! = then you will certainly be called a despot - an incompetent destroyer of nations - a narcissistic rabble rouser - and worse. IF you are not prosecuted on criminal charges for abuse of power, you will certainly be kicked out in the next election.
The fact that you really saved humanity will never be recognized - the idea would be laughed at - anyone supporting the idea will be relegated to 'flat earth' level idiots.
And the converse is also true - there is not an achievement in human history that cannot be looked at in retrospect and picked at for not being 'perfect' at some point in its achievement - 'something' could always have been 'done better' or done faster' - or some action can always be found that in retrospect could have been avoided with no bad effect.
Anyone who constantly relies on 'Monday morning QBing" should be shunned for the idiots they are.
