On the contrary I think he needs to kill them with kindness. No one will know what the hell is going on and the coverage would be that Trump working with his opponents to lower the temperature and lead a path to bipartisanship is dangerous and somehow fascist.

I actually agree with this. Shutting down certain executive braches would be a good start, perhaps 3 to start with: DOE, FBI, EPA
But I’m told the commander in chief can’t just shut useless agencies down, not like a ceo might do, but gut them as best as can would be a start

Unfortunately, your enemies have no such compunctions, as they are the natural friends of the state and its power. So enjoy being philosophically sound and consistent while they change your life with police power.
