If he doesn't raid each of their home the day after he's sworn in again, I'm going to be pissed.
frick it, go into W's and Dick Cheney's as well.
As an American citizen, I demand to be sure they aren't commingling any of their passports with any classified documents from their administrations as well!!! How can we know for sure if we don't check?

Actually, that's not true. The only restriction to running is that specified in the Constitution. No other act can change it except a constitutional amendment.

None of this would apply to Carter. The Presidential Records Act went in to effect after he left office. Until then presidents could take what they wanted. Bush and Obama on the it hand…

To me that's as open a question as to whether it applies to any President (or former President) at all period.
