On paper, it looks like Cruz would have gotten the nomination. I'm not sure the establishment would have allowed that, being that they could have gotten behind him when he was the only thing between them and Trump.
But, assuming it was, they (the GOPe) would have tanked it the same way they did against Obama. One might conclude the GOPe is "in" on the managed decline, with they way they prefer the nominee of the other party over their own, even when it is handpicked swamp creatures like McCain and Romney.
So, Trump saved the Republican Party. And America. For at least a little while longer.

The correct answer is that our foreign policy would be whatever maximally profited the Clintons and their Deep State pals. They were so shameless using her position as Secretary of State to enrich themselves, I can't imagine what all they'd have done with Hillary in the White House and a complicit media complex.

if killary was POTUS then where we would be at this point in time is:
we would currently be at war with north korea

Barring extreme circumstances, daily life wouldn't change on a dime.
But the US has been on a slow, steady fall over the years mainly due to government bloat and bad fiscal policies.
Trump is reversing a lot of this, but we really need the population to wakeup and start voting more competent and less corrupt people into office.

It would have been Jeb vs HRC as the rest of the candidates minus Paul and maybe Cruz were just there to split votes to get Jeb in.
