I'm guessing they thought they wouldnt need to touch it last time thinking she was a guarantee to win until election night itself. I'm not sure how complicated of an operation/how much funding it would take to rig a sure-victory. They've got plenty of time to figure it out now knowing they need to and still having AFGE-protected Obama holdovers throughout DC.
I honestly went to bed early election night thinking it was going to be rigged Erdogan style and she would be announced near midnight. I was shocked when I woke up.

We are watching a schism. Tom Perez and that HAMAs loving POS Keith Ellison (Obama's main men) are also secretly fundraising off of no clear message but pure Trump hate.
