If the FBI were to investigate you, could they find something to charge you with?

Could you pass an interview with the FBI?
I'm guessing that the FBI could probably find a thread on just about anybody that could be unraveled and show wrongdoing.
So they started investigating President Trump on some sort of Russian conspiracy, now they've moved on to obstruction of justice, and potentially, money laundering (while he was a private citizen).
When you're a billionaire in the construction business, I'm sure that paying bribes (why political donations aren't considered bribes is a whole nuther subject), lobbying, horse trading, collecting political favors, are all part of the business and borderline illegal. I'm sure they could find something in his past that they can nail him with...

Bring me the man and then I will find the crime.

FBI could charge Mother Theressa with a crime.

Stalin's #2 said it best, before getting executed and replaced.

They can apparently indict a ham sandwich.

In your hypothetical question am I Hillary Clinton?

Yep. Being a black transgender Muslim woman I'll be fairly well protected from any wrong doing.

There isn't a person alive today that they couldn't find something to charge with.

You investigate crimes not people. The FBI was investigating people.

If not they could just make up a bunch of shite, charge me with it, and smother me under the full weight of the Federal Government.
They have unlimited resources and funds. I really dont understand how anyone beats them. They can bury you under a mountain of paper.

Not without stretching jurisdiction beyond any reasonable limit. I made sure.

Could you pass an interview with the FBI?
The subject of the interview was a foreign customer who was eventually recalled to his home country and executed for corruption.
The special agents who interviewed me were from the Houston field office.
They were smart, thorough, courteous, and worthy of respect.
And I had nothing to fear because my Fortune 50 employer does not pay bribes and trained us how to avoid violating the FCPA and other laws.
GTFO disparaging those guys.

Probably. Give someone motivation, no oversight and a lot of funding.. and they can find shite on anyone, even if they've to rely on double speak to trip you up and claim that you lied to them.

The answer is yes for every single person no matter what

This is the question you should have asked. Apparently, the answer is yes.

Nobody is disparaging those guys. It’s the leadership that failed and tarnished them.
And, nice humble brag. FCPA sucks (as it is applied these days), and anybody who thinks you can stay completely clean with a “guilty until proven innocent” framework and no de minimis thresholds has never had to navigate it.

FCPA sucks
Like my old employers said, if you become party to any information that can't be revealed to all parties in the deal (or, say, to the Feds) pick up the phone and call your company counsel right away.
