This went to the scotus already and went down 5-4. With the current court it would be upheld 6-3 or 5-4. The census was never intended to count millions of non citizens.

I believe Trump wanted this for the 2020 census. Didn't SCOTUS say no bueno already?

They also need to stop counting temporary residents in a given area like college students who attend class and live in dorms, but still vote at home in elections.
I think in the last census that caused a state rep district to be drawn with a majority population of LSU’s campus, but ones that will vote will be the handful of students and professors that are registered to vote and live on campus, and a few thousand people that live nearby instead of having the usual 42,000 residents in a district. Those on campus LSU precincts might have only 100 or 200 votes each election cycle.

Agree 100%. If Dems are serious about muh democracy, they need to justify how congressional seats should be based on the ILLEGAL presence of foreign nationals on our soil.

If they were deported there wouldn't be a need to count them.
