There's no way I would give a private deposition to that lying, sack-of-shite Comer so he can lie about my testimony until he allows the transcript to be released

It seems on the surface that there are some pretty big differences between the two situations, but sure...if that checks out to be improper, then the same consequences should apply.

The answer to your question in the thread title is No, you are not innocent. What you have described in the context of the Biden’s is a felony. I’ve posted the actual law here a few times.

Well since the Reps are so hellbent on bringing a Impeachment over it, I hope they actually find msomething this time... I wasted years of my life waiting on Vince Foster and Hillary Gate etc. Just to find out the only thing they had out of all it was a blowjob... 
Go after them, IF they are REALLY wrong and you can PROVE IT. Otherwise its just more political grandstanding and riling up the masses for votes. Both sides do it.
I have yet to see anything out of all these "impeachments" over the years, add up to anything that was worth wasting the time on... from either Party..
Hey, how about both Parties either start proving the hyper boil they spew, or actually start doing your job, and pass some bi-partisian things that actually matter to every day American lives.
Go after them, IF they are REALLY wrong and you can PROVE IT. Otherwise its just more political grandstanding and riling up the masses for votes. Both sides do it.
