How much is that based on evidence ?
How much is that based on riot threats?

100% or 0% for either, depending on your pre existing beliefs.

Appeal is already written up. The judge was compromised.

We will NEVER know. This case will be around for years, maybe decades....

If guilty, he’s got a slam dunk appeal because the retarded judge refused a change of venue.
There is no way in hell he got a fair trial in Minneapolis.

They may riot either way.
He’s not getting convicted of murder based on evidence.
Manslaughter May can be “proved.”
The arsonist don’t care about the verdict. MN and some other places will burn.
I don’t know what the ratio of stolen bottles of liquor to flatscreens needs to be to get “justice.”

Depends on the jurors and how brave they are.

Right. Even if he is convicted they'll riot based on the newer incidents. The mob can't be appeased. That's sort of how mobs are

I don't know, I don't see a guilty verdict coming

Then he has about 500 different reasons to legitimately get the whole damn thing declared a mistrial.
The left, from the police chief to the mayor to the governor all the way up to the highest levels of our liberal government to the biased media, have all been complicit in deliberately spreading disinformation and propaganda and making outright threats of violence and anarchy if things don't go their way- all while completely ignoring legal precedent and installing their own "guilty until proven innocent" version of reality.
Chauvin will never see the inside of a prison. He already has all the ammunition to continually declare mistrial after mistrial. And besides, no legitimate jury would be able to convict him... there's more than a "shadow of doubt". Doesn't mean I think the jury is legitimate, but that's just another reason for mistrial.
As usual, the left has overplayed their hand bigly, and as usual it will cost them. America's liberal cities will burn brightly once more.

If its a mistrial, will they for certain try him again or no?
Posted on 4/18/21 at 8:40 pm to momentoftruth87
they probably will just to appease the mob

I'd think they would, but I'd also think it would just be another fruitless endeavor that would result in yet another mistrial.
In my gut I think the only punishment they will give him is to keep him tied up in both criminal and civil court until dead.

If justice is served Chauvin will get at most sentenced for negligent homicide/manslaughter which will not satisfy the BLM Marxists and Antifa types.

Haven’t watched a millisecond of the trial coverage, but from what I’ve read, ample reasonable doubt has been established with the medical testimony. I’m, however, biased (anti-thug).
