We're talking real, actionable crimes for turning the full weight of the IC and DOJ against a presidential candidate and later POTUS in an effort to influence multiple elections and derail a duly-elected President.
Not saying no crimes were committed by Obama, but what were they in the US code? Can't be treason, because didn't assist any war-time "enemies" (why the Rosenbergs were not charged with treason...no state of war against Soviet Union).

He is immune from prosecution according to the Supreme Court ruling. It will be hard to prove any questionable actions were outside the scope of his official duties. That said, he would probably go to a woman's prison because he is a better fit there,

If they did I hope the deal was contingent on telling everything and if found to lie, mistruths, omission by accident or not would fail to ensure compliance with any deal they made. I want to set hem all be housed in the same space, The federal penitentiary of the worst conditions. This is not because of what they did to Trump I might add but rather their actions in destroying families, dividing country and of course their roles in world affairs

I hope Big Mike is included and the media has to ask why he was put in a cell with other men.

Trump/MAGA is a systemic threat to the establishment/globalist paradigm. Systemic threats either change the system they’re challenging or the system destroys them.
Doesn’t matter if it’s a virus in the body or a change oriented CEO at a corporation, one side wins and the other is destroyed.
MAGA is either going to destroy the post Breton Woods globalist world structure or that structure is going to destroy MAGA and salt the earth when they’re done as a message to anyone else who would consider threatening them in the future.
There is no status quo to go back to and take a deep breath, no one in America will have peace until one side capitulates completely.

Thanks Wolfhound. Does "sedition" just have less of a ring than "treason?"
I hated when the J6 protesters were called "insurrectionists," despite no one being charged with insurrection.

IvoryBillMatt
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
How do you define what was done by the Obama administration as force?
Do I believe their acts were seditious? Absolutely. But the US Code requires an element of force be involved.
In reality (though I cited it earlier), the best way to potentially address what occurred is under 18 U.S.C. § 371 — Conspiracy to Commit Offense or to Defraud the United States
If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.
If, however, the offense, the commission of which is the object of the conspiracy, is a misdemeanor only, the punishment for such conspiracy shall not exceed the maximum punishment provided for such misdemeanor.
