Honestly it’s pretty standard looking to me.
Idk what kind of communication cables you think it has or capabilities, but it’s probably controlling 4 motors. The one on the outside at the beginning probably has about the same stuff. Vfd, contactors, relays, terminal blocks, fuse blocks, and maybe some other things made by a brand I’m not familiar with.
Assuming best intentions, WHO probably provided them as a humanitarian effort to supply a hospital with its electrical needs.
Could they have been repurposed, of course.
But what?
Pumps?
Attack them on facts, not speculation.
That’s literally what they want. They don’t have to prove everything wrong just the stuff that is purposefully sensationalized.

It really isn’t hard at all. You don’t know anything about the area shown. You don’t know if that was really a terrorist’s house or what any of the other buildings are. You don’t even know if the interior they were showing was in Gaza. All the cuts in that video mean it could be 5 different locations. And it isn’t some stretch that either America, Israel, Russia, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia or any other country would make propaganda to justify a war.
