Anyone who attempts to run over an officer with their car before driving off which threatens other officers and civilians.
You can't pretend you "just know" she didn't mean to run over the officer.
Her actions were a danger to the officer and others.
It's pretty simple, it's legal for officers to shoot you if you do that, and I hope they do if you decide to hurt someone.

Nobody with more than 1 brain cell can watch that video and think she wanted to run him over with the wheels turned entirely away from him.
If she wanted to run him over, she would have easily done so.
And once again, he shot her after she didn't run him over. He was just out to kill someone and he did. And apparently the VP and some on here think it is a great thing when people like that just kill US citizens.

Where her wheel was pointed she would have still smashed him because of the car body.
