Poor Panican thought he was going to click on my thread and hear me talk about how sorry I was for being a Trump supporter

He is insanely wrong with like 80% of that

Everyone in America has noticed gas prices at historical lows when you factor inflation. I paid $2.15 today.

Don't forget the Bush and Cheney types. Some Repukes still love themselves some good old-fashioned Establishment neocon crooks.

So you trust CBS polls? You might not like this one:
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-inflation-cbs-news-poll/
It seems many respondents feel that Trump’s attention on international affairs is overshadowing his responsibilities at home, particularly regarding economic issues that directly affect their daily lives. The only good news here for Repubes is voters are slightly more disdainful of Democons.

Cant speak for the OP but things I discuss on this issue are never based on shite polls
We take the 10 best and most accurate pollsover the last 3 election cycles and weigh it for bias and create that number in an aggregate rolling average that we update twice a week. Currently we use what most would likely call 6 left leaning polls and 4 right and Trumps numbers are pretty damn solid right now. Especially compared to his low between October and December,
The demographics and subsequent qualifiers are also incredibly healthy for us.
I am really interested to see when we get new number tomorrow and dive into how people are feeling about whats happening in MN

This is a fair criticism and one I don’t necessarily disagree with.
Plenty of time to change this. Polls in January of 2026 mean absolutely nothing whether favorable or not if we’re honest.

The demographics mean an absolute shite ton. There is a clear direction of travel and it isnt in a bad way for us. There are some bad things but its not Armageddon like some of yall act like

41% overall
More disturbing is that republicans were oversampled.
He is likely under 40% overall

I question the reliability of this. A very specific type of person participates in polling and even more so this far out.

I mean youre welcome to question what you like
A rolling average that has been up since Trump took office is a pretty safe thing to extrapolate many things from though imo when it comes to who is voting for who and in what direction they are moving

What was the average age of those polled used to collect your data?
Posted on 1/19/26 at 6:00 pm to lurking
Do you want the average age per poll of the ten in the data set or the average age in aggregate?
Posted on 1/19/26 at 6:00 pm to FLTech
Same poll
Only 44% of Republicans being energized was surprising. A year ago it was probably in the 80’s.
