I’m thinking that there’s going to be lots of sky screaming about how all of a sudden, America is interested.

They are never going to understand us.

Economy. Race relations. Foreign trade. Strong military. Protecting borders.

How is this hard to understand?

We are sick and tired of this partisan bullshite. Trump won. He’s getting it done. For all of us. You are just making the numbers worse for the election. He’s going to win. Bigly. How about you work with him to help the rest of us?

The TV ratings today will blow away the last 3 days. To use a rant term....

....book it.

They'll definitely be higher. Everybody likes to see a winner in action. It's satisfying.

Well I would ask "How many times will you be able to watch Donald Trump's opening defense (traditionally a strong statement made then) to a so-called 'historic' impeachment, as it's not something you see just every day," but....

....chances are, there may actually be other opportunities. Lol

But really, it is a rather significant moment in the entire thing. It will probably draw more than one might think. The lull in football will have some effect. I believe those who are interested in it during the weekdays will pay attention, and the ones who will tune it out have been doing so all along anyway. Just one fella's opinion.

Only the most hardcore political enthusiasts are going to watch this sham of a proceeding.

If the Democrats weren't so out of touch with reality, they would have gained more votes the past three years by being bipartisan. Unfortunately Democrats are so evil that they starve their people (Puerto Rico) for votes.

I can only speak for myself, I haven't watched any of it thus far besides select clips on news shows, but I'll be tuning in this morn. At least for the beginning, and if/once it starts to seem repetitive, I'd probably turn it to something different, preferably a fishing show.

Most of the hardcore have been hit or miss or fading because of the repetition and boring nature of the presentation. This will be the first nonsoundbite chance for Trump’s defense. It won’t be Clinton ratings but I’m guessing there will be an increase fro Friday.

He will definitely be the most impeached President of all time. We have the best impeachments.

For us channel surfers, I am still a bit flummoxed at how they arrive at the numbers.

It's quite en vogue. If you haven't impeached President Donald Trump yet, best get with the program quickly.

What time does it start today? Isn’t it only supposed to last a couple hours today?

If only Trump knew anything about getting tv ratings.

He just tweeted about it, insulting the dems, which means the press is sure to jump on him and end up accidentally promoting it. They just can't help themselves. This is why Trump is called "the Maestro"

If the MSM doesn’t mention the ratings today vs yesterday or earlier in the week, you know they’re higher.

At the start today, it was mentioned that it would be 2.5 to 3 hours today and end maybe by 1:00. Might get in a break sometime.

Correct. I'm watching the LSU-Texas basketball game and the 3rd round of the Farmer's Golf Tourney.
